Our CrossFit classes are group classes where you join part of the growing community at CrossFit FRF and share the enthusiasm and motivation of others – all under the close supervision of our experienced coaches.
No two days are the same – the workouts are always different and this keeps you interested, motivated and the results keep coming. There are always new challenges for you to work towards, no matter your level.
We use a lot of different movements – but there are no fitness pre-requisites for joining us. We regularly run one week beginner “Elements” courses to get you started on the right foot. Our experienced coaches will scale the exercises to your current level – to ensure the workouts are achievable and still challenging, whether you are an expert or beginner or anyone in between.
We mix together elements of Strength, Gymnastics and Cardio training to prepare your body for any eventuality. We use high intensity interval training to maximise results.
We strive to be the best we can and the results speak for themselves. Not only do people get fitter fast, but they feel better and more energized too. We focus on health – but the side effects include improved aesthetics – strong and toned bodies – A welcome bonus!
