Come and try out a class at CrossFit FRF on us. Our 60 minute introduction session is designed specifically for people that haven’t done CrossFit before, it’ll even be suited to you if you haven’t been exercising recently.
In the session we’ll explain a little bit about what training at CrossFit FRF is like, learn a few exercises and then put it all together in your first CrossFit workout. We’ll modify the exercises to suit your level, keep you safe and make sure you work hard and have fun doing it.
