Our Kick Boxing Cardio classes will teach you the basics of Thai Kick Boxing (Muay Thai). Combining punching, kicking elbowing and knee strikes together for a fun and unrivaled cardio and full body workout.
Our 30 minute classes are mainly based around pad work. What this means is that you will be working in partners – One person will be holding pads and the other will be working before we swap over. We also have punching bags and will use other functional training equipment from time to time. This is a non-contact class where we will be using various combinations to challenge you physically and mentally and to give you a fantastic workout.
Bring a sweat towel and a water bottle and your own gloves. We do have a few pairs of bag gloves available to borrow, but you’ll be better off with your own. Please also ensure your toe nails are trimmed. Breaking a toe nail on a Kick Pad is pretty unpleasant.
